The truth? This all hit home during the whirlwind of planning my daughter’s Bat Mitzvah. Watching the pressure and anxiety radiate off of her (and feeling it tenfold in my own soul) was a massive wake-up call. As moms, we don’t just witness what our children feel; we absorb it.

What I actually craved (and I’m betting you do, too) was simply permission. Permission to ease up and ditch the performance. Permission to admit when life feels like a ton of bricks. Permission to stop acting like our drink hasn't already been overpoured while we’re over here just trying not to spill. I was so tired of mumbling "I'm fine," when we all know that is the biggest lie we tell ourselves.

As a mom, a creator, and a founder, that polished exterior was my go-to look for years, even when I was breaking down on the inside. But looking around, I realized this "fine" facade is a heavy burden we carry, and it is entirely exhausting.

Here is the new It Girl rule: You don’t need to be the most perfect person in the room; you just need to be the most honest. Whether you’re trying to keep the wheels on the bus of your career, navigating the chaotic beauty of motherhood, or simply trying to carve out a single minute of peace for yourself—please hear me: You are not alone.

I'm done with the pageant-perfect act, and I'm guessing you are, too. That's why I created the It Girl Wellness Social Club: free monthly meetups and planned-for-you nights out for moms, starting in MetroWest, Massachusetts. Come join us. None of us should have to fake it again.

Founder & CEO, IT girl Wellness

HI, I'M JACKIE

I'm a Massachusetts-based mom of two neurodivergent kids, a founder, and a recovering "I'm fine" professional.

I started out building a cocktail brand. Then I realized a great cocktail is a vibe, not a coping mechanism. What I really wanted was permission to stop performing, and a few friends who got it.

So I built the Social Club: a room for every mom who's tired of saying she's fine. Toddlers or teens, first year or fifteenth, you belong here.

the why

Let’s talk real for a second: Mental health isn’t just a buzzword; it’s the whole headline. Period.

The truth? The mental health conversation often skips right over the women who are in the thick of it. We are carrying so much right now: the demand to "shine" 24/7, the endless mental load of keeping our families afloat, and the soul-crushing pressure to make it all look effortless.

We haven’t even touched on the constant comparison while scrolling, the imposter syndrome that hits at 2 AM, and those "perfect mom" or "perfect professional" standards that literally nobody can meet. Success and confidence get all the top-shelf recognition, but what about the silent effort it takes just to hold yourself together? That part rarely gets a mention.

That is why It Girl Wellness exists. Initially, I thought a cocktail was the answer to that much-needed pause. But I realized I wanted something bigger. I wanted to create a safe spot to land. For you, for my friends, and for every woman who’s ever felt like she’s just performing for the grid.

We're not a charity. We're a company with a conscience and a group chat. Through the Social Club and the causes we give to, we're creating a place where you can feel seen, supported, and a lot less alone. And we're making sure the "wellness" part is actually fun, not just another chore on your to-do list.

I’m here to talk about the heavy stuff with no stiff lectures or showy vibes. Think of this as jumping into a group chat with your absolute best friend who has zero judgment, offers all the support, and totally "gets it."

If this movement helps just one woman feel seen, heard, and valued on a hard day? Then we’re succeeding.

the vision

It Girl Wellness is a movement grounded in honesty, sprinkled with kindness, and served with a side of real talk. We are officially reclaiming what it means to be an “It Girl.”

Let’s be real: the new It Girl isn’t chasing perfection, and she definitely doesn’t have it all figured out. Honestly, could you imagine the stress? (No thanks! We have enough on our plates!)

Whether you're navigating a massive career pivot, managing the beautiful chaos of raising a neurodivergent household (perhaps you're neurodivergent, too), or maybe you're just trying to survive the school pick-up line, being an It Girl means knowing you have the right to chase your wildest dreams while also giving yourself permission to just… stop.

She’s the one who shows up in the middle of the chaos, knowing that real poise and confidence never have to be the loudest thing in the room. She takes her life neat with no hidden ingredients, just honest-to-goodness truth, and wears it proudly.

Our gear is designed for your real life. Most importantly, it's something you will wear in good health. Whether it’s a pocket tee that expresses how you feel, a cozy sweatshirt you never want to take off, or a sticker for your water bottle. It Girl Wellness is your gentle safety net.

We’re here for you on the “I’m taking over the world” days, but we are also here for the “I’m so drained I can’t even decide what’s for dinner” days.

Especially those days.

the mission

At It Girl Wellness, giving back isn’t the after-party, it’s the main event. We believe that if we’re going to talk the talk, we’ve got to walk the walk. (In cute shoes, obviously.)

Every quarter, we give from our profits to mental health organizations and initiatives that show up for women every single day. Think of it like that ride-or-die friend you can call at 3 AM when the world feels too loud.

We’re on a mission to craft lifestyle pieces that make you feel effortlessly cool, calm, and (most importantly), truly seen. But let’s be very clear about what we are not here for:

Hustle culture (honestly, we’re busy enough, thanks).

Performative wellness routines that feel like a full-time job.

Critique disguised as “motivation.” (Louder for the people in the back! We are so over that!)

We’re here to make raw, honest talks about mental health the new normal. We’re here to remind you that going easy on yourself is a superpower, not a weakness.

It Girl Wellness is about stirring up spaces where we actually lift each other up. That's exactly why I created the It Girl Wellness Social Club: a free monthly meetup, nights out we plan for you, and a whole crew of moms who get it. Proving your worth is never required. You're already enough.
Come join the club, and let's choose you. Today, tomorrow, and forever. Period.
